Nicole Roughton

Nicole Roughton is a Senior Programme Manager within the Synthesis Reviews Office, supporting various projects including the FCDO funded Research Commissioning Centre.

Nicole has over 10 years’ experience in project and programme management. Most recently, she served as Senior Programme Manager at ODI, responsible for the operational and financial management of the Strategic Partnerships programme and oversight of a diverse portfolio of development projects. Prior to ODI, Nicole managed academic research projects at SOAS and coordinated the Institute for International Development at The University of Sheffield, UK.

Nicole holds an MSc in International Development & Environmental Change and BSc in Geography, both from The University of Sheffield
