Quality assessment

This review has clear inclusion criteria, searches are comprehensive and databases searched are relevant. It covers a wide range of studies and the methods used are suitable for the research question set by the authors. The authors use appropriate methods for analysis and present findings comprehensively. Some minor limitations are that the findings are not presented according to different status of risk of bias and unit of analysis errors are not mentioned.
