Quality assessment

This is a comprehensive review with clear, predefined inclusion criteria and a targeted search strategy. The authors use appropriate methods to analyse findings of included studies and they explore sources of heterogeneity and also conduct cost-effectiveness analysis. While the authors did not restrict inclusion based on publication status and contacted experts to identify unpublished studies, they did not search any of sources of grey literature and this is a limitation.
