Fathima Ramshi

Ramshi is a development professional with experience in qualitative research. Prior to joining 3ie, she worked as a Research Associate at IFMR Lead where she was involved in projects on financial wellbeing, female labor force participation and social protection among others. Her research interests include gender, sustainable development and religion. 

Ramshi holds a master’s degree in development studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Outside of work, she enjoys serene nature walks and calligraphy.
