Indira Patil

Indira Patil provides research support for the impact evaluation of the collective impact initiative for waste pickers in Bengaluru supported by the H&M Foundation. Prior to joining 3ie, she worked with Vidya Bhawan Society, Udaipur on an Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC-FCDO) research project to understand accountability relations between school, family, community and bureaucracy around access, participation and monitoring of primary schooling of children from tribal and minority communities. Indira has also worked on the India-COVID Assessment and Response Dashboard of Azim Premji University that generated data on the evolving humanitarian situation in different blocks across India following the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown.

Indira has a Masters in Development with Public Policy specialization from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru and a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
