This brief synthesizes main findings and key lessons from seven impact evaluations implemented across Ecuador, Ghana, India, Mozambique, Peru and Tanzania. These studies evaluated the role of information dissemination and deliberation interventions on enhancing citizens' knowledge, awareness and demand for accountability and the implication of these interventions on public service delivery and development outcomes.
