The COVID-19 pandemic forced course corrections for midstream impact evaluations across the globe. In this Evidence Dialogues webinar, the panel brought together thelead researchers from three 3ie-supported impact evaluations on agricultural innovations to discuss the findings from their research and all of the mid-evaluation course corrections they had to make to the successfully complete the evaluations.

The European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Global Development Network (GDN) cohosted an online conference, ‘Assessing the Development Impacts of Private Sector Impact Investments’ in partnership with The Campbell Collaboration.

This conference on Impact Evaluation on 17 November 2020 aimed to share empirical research findings on impact evaluation of human capital development policies in Asia using evidence-based approaches and big data.

The webinar provided an overview of the findings from the implementation research on nutrition-specific interventions in India conducted by 3ie during 2000–2018 in partnership with IFPRI.

As reflected in the SDGs, women’s economic empowerment is considered a dominant path to achieving gender equality, but progress is frustratingly slow as gaps still remain in wages, education, autonomy, and social status. More than 250 people joined this webinar on 15 October 2020 to discuss the barriers blocking women’s economic, social, and personal empowerment, as well as promising approaches to overcoming them.
