Tomasz supports and manages the production of evidence gap maps, systematic reviews and online evidence solutions for clients such as USAID Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) Center, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and private foundations. He has contributed to synthesis products in several areas, including human rights, nutrition-related fiscal policies, access to electricity and agricultural output markets. He plays a key role in increasing the production efficiency and user experience of 3ie’s Development Evidence Portal (the largest-of-its-kind repository of rigorous evidence on what works in international development) and its evidence gap map visualization software.
Prior to joining 3ie, Tomasz worked as a quantitative coder for Durham University, UK and the Teaching and Learning Toolkit, and led several disability inclusive programs for youth organizations based in Gdansk, Poland and Thiruvananthapuram, India.
Tomasz has an MSc in Impact Evaluation for International Development from the University of East Anglia, UK and an MA in Economics from the University of Gdansk, Poland.
