Anvita Chandra

Anvita plays a key role in attracting, hiring, and engaging talent at 3ie, with a specific focus on the FCDO-funded RCC project. She also supports the Global People team in enhancing the overall employee experience, strengthening employer branding, and driving engagement initiatives.

Before joining 3ie, Anvita served as a Senior Specialist in India Operations at IDinsight, where she sharpened her skills in talent management and employee engagement while helping to streamline HR processes. Earlier in her career, she worked with Central Square Foundation, focusing on hiring and HR operations. Throughout her roles, she has contributed to HR initiatives and change management, fostering positive workplace cultures.

Anvita holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Delhi University and a Master's degree in Development Studies from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India.
