Dale provides research assistance for the impact evaluation of the Collective Impact Initiative aimed at improving the lives of waste pickers in Bengaluru, India. Her research interests lie in the field of gender and development economics. Prior to joining 3ie, she engaged in research examining child health and nutrition and the empowerment of rural women in India.
Dale has completed her PhD in Economics and MSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.
