Henna oversees and incorporates functional learnings into 3ie’s day-to-day business development (BD) practices, processes and structures, and ensures their alignment with 3ie’s mission and values. With six years of experience, she looks after opportunity creation, bid management, philanthropy engagement, and strengthening BD systems. In this role, she collaborates with the research and communications teams across offices to define and implement strategic initiatives and assist in institution-wide visibility.
Prior to joining 3ie, Henna worked with several organizations, including International Center for Research on Women (ICRW), Breakthrough India, and Public Health Foundation of India. She has also worked as a psychologist in shelter homes and clinics with a special focus on adolescent and women's mental health.
Henna holds an MA in clinical psychology from Ambedkar University, Delhi, India as well as BA in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
