Nitin Tokas

Nitin is responsible for recruitment and selection, contracting, leave management and ensuring compliance to 3ie’s human resources policies. Prior to joining 3ie, Nitin worked with the human resources team at the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (Satyarthi Movement) in New Delhi, where he supported recruitment and led HR operations. He has also worked in similar capacities at the International Rice Research Institute and Public Health Foundation of India.

Nitin holds a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Delhi.
