Call for proposals: Supporting Pastoralism and Agriculture in Recurrent and Protracted Crises (SPARC) programme: a review

On behalf of the FCDO Research Commissioning Centre (RCC), 3ie invites proposals from organisations or consortia to conduct an external review of the Supporting Pastoralism and Agriculture in Recurrent and Protracted Crises (SPARC) programme.

The review aims to assess SPARC’s impact, research quality, and policy influence, as well as the effectiveness of its consortium model. Findings will help inform the design of a second-generation programme to build on SPARC’s work. The deadline for submitting proposals is 23:59 GMT, 24 February 2025.
