Here’s what you can expect

  • View our current openings and find roles that match your skills and interests
  • First-time applicants will need to register to join our talent community and will receive a candidate reference number for future applications
  • Apply through our candidate portal, submitting a cover letter and CV tailored to the position
  • Once the application deadline closes, we review all applications, assessing qualifications, experience, and alignment with 3ie’s mission
  • Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview based on their skills and motivation

Note: Due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to respond individually to all applicants. We aim to contact shortlisted candidates within six to eight weeks after the application deadline.   • Interview panels usually include the Hiring Manager, a representative from Global People (HR), and a subject-matter expert or hiring director
  • Interviews include a mix of technical and behavioural questions to assess your knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills
  • Based on the assessment test and interview, the panel selects the best fit for the role

  • Demonstrate how your skills will contribute to the role and bring fresh ideas to 3ie.
  • The strongest candidate is contacted by the Global People team to inform them of their selection and discuss compensation and benefits
  • A conditional offer is extended, subject to positive reference and background checks
  • After completing all formalities, we send out the final appointment contract, and a joining date is confirmed
  • Pre-onboarding steps, including paperwork and IT setup, begin well before the start date
  • Upon joining, the Global People team welcomes and introduces new staff to their buddy, who helps them settle in
  • A structured induction program follows, as part of which new staff will meet different teams, explore our systems, and gain insights into 3ie’s vision, mission, values, and policies.
