Bård Vegar Solhjell- Director General of the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) talks about the significance of our Development Evidence Portal (DEP) – a public good – in promoting learning to help make better decisions. Solhjell says, “to know what interventions work best and how is usually not possible to answer by intuition.
