3ie’s Finance Manager Gaurav Sharma has over 18 years of experience in the field of accounts and finance across multiple sectors like manufacturing, healthcare and development. His core expertise is in financial & management accounting, budgeting & controlling, grant management, donor reporting, statutory compliances, taxation and audits. His previous experience also includes playing a role in management and administrative work.

Prior to joining 3ie, Gaurav was a Finance Officer at GIZ GmbH. He is a qualified cost accountant with a diploma in Business finance (DBF) and a post graduate diploma in Business Management. Gaurav has a graduate degree in commerce from Delhi University.
