Call for Proposals: Long-Term Follow-Up Survey — Gaza Province, Mozambique
3ie is seeking a qualified survey firm to conduct a Long-Term Follow-Up Survey (LTFUS) as part of a long-term impact evaluation of rural community-based preschools in Gaza Province, Mozambique. The study will re-contact and interview approximately 2,000 participants from the original 2008 evaluation cohort, who are now 22–24 years old, to measure the long-term effects of early childhood development interventions on education, employment, health, and wellbeing. The selected firm will also support the digitization of school administrative records from approximately 69 primary and secondary schools.
The assignment runs from August 2026 to June 2027, with an indicative budget ceiling of USD 686,000. Only legally registered organizations in Mozambique, or consortia of such organizations, are eligible to apply.
