This report presents the results of a process evaluation of a range of interventions implemented by the URMUL Trust aimed at upskilling and training women artisan collectives in Rajasthan. The report examines URMUL Trust’s implementation model, which includes engaging 4,600 artisans across six districts to enhance capabilities, improve technology and knowledge, design products, and improve access to finance and market linkages. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation commissioned this study as part of 3ie’s Swashakt: Empowering Women Collectives program.
