This report presents the results of a process evaluation of Gramyashakti—II, a program implemented by ACCESS Development Services to organize women into farmer-producer organizations to generate higher incomes and improve access to urban markets. This study focuses on documenting processes and glean lessons from the implementation of the intervention in four districts across three states in India: West Bengal, Rajasthan, and Odisha. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation commissioned this study, as part of 3ie’s Swashakt: Empowering Women’s Collectives program.
